HEALTH BOOKS RECOMMENDATIONS

Hello Everyone and welcome back to another blog post!


For the longest time I felt a little bit lost and I didn't quite belong anywhere. I had lost my true self. But at that time I didn't know I was lost. One day I decided I wanted to start reading and join not only the lifestyle of eating healthy and being physically active but I wanted to be mentally healthy. For the four previous years I thought I was the healthiest I could be but gosh I was so wrong. Little did I know, I was about to achieve ultimate happiness with only one book. And just like that, a book is what led to my happiest self. I remember vividly, I would wake up early (07:00am) grab a hot cup of warm lemon water, head outside with a blanket and start reading. The book I was reading is called ``Good Vibes. Good Life´´and it was the major turning point of my healthy lifestyle. The book is all about thinking positive and having high vibrations in order to receive positive and high vibrating outcomes.




A NEGATIVE MIND WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A POSITIVE LIFE


Everyday I would read until I felt extremely happy. And that's how I started my mornings. Those positive thoughts set my mind straight. Nothing along the day could bring me down since I was in my own little positive bubble. Since then I have been enjoying self development and habits books. I believe it is a great tool to learn about yourself and understand life itself.

Remember, a healthy lifestyle doesn't come from eating healthy and being physically active but by maintaining all aspects of your life in balance.
