Total time: 10-15 min

  • 1/2 a cup of frozen berries (or to your liking)

  • Half a banana (unless you want it to be extra sweet then add a whole banana)

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt (I use Alpro unsweetened or vanilla)

  • 1/3 of a cup of milk (I use Alpro almond milk)

  1. Add banana

  2. Add yogurt

  3. Add peanut butter

  4. Add frozen berries

  5. Add milk

  6. Blend all together (I use the Nutribullet or Thermomix)

Next, added to a bowl if you choose to take it as a bowl with granola or into a glass and drink it as a smoothie!
